Customer contact
Close the laptop at six.
Your inbox is full of appointments, enquiries and the same handful of questions on repeat. The system sorts them, drafts the replies in your voice and chases whatever goes quiet, so nothing gets buried. You stay in charge and press send.

From chasing to breathing room
How customer contact changes when you stop chasing it and it starts taking care of itself.
The inbox overflows
Messages arrive faster than you can clear them, from every channel at once.
Sorted and answered
Email arrives, gets sorted, and a reply is drafted in your voice. You decide what actually goes out.
I do this in my own business too: at House of Tones the email is sorted and drafted in our voice, and it is part of the 20-25 hours a week that automation frees up all told.
What does it cost?
You get a fixed price after the free scan, never an open-ended bill. What it comes to depends on how many systems are involved, how the process runs today, and how many people are involved. Half up front, and the other half only once the system passes the test we agreed on beforehand.
You own all of it: your accounts, your keys, and you can walk away and it keeps running.

The same customers. Far fewer evenings lost to the inbox.
- Your evening is your own again. The email is sorted and answered before you lock up for the day.
- Nobody answers the same question twice. The routine questions get answered before they reach you. You only step in where it actually matters.
- Enquiries stop slipping through the net. Everything lands in one place. If an enquiry goes quiet for a few days, it gets flagged to you, even when you're flat out.
Frequently asked questions.
The questions customers ask me most.
Does the system reply to email entirely on its own?
No. The reply is drafted in your voice and waits for someone on your team to press send. Anything the system isn't sure about goes to you rather than being guessed at.
What if it doesn't work?
Then you don't pay the second half. We put the target in writing before I start. If the system misses it, I fix it free of charge, and if it still misses, the second half is simply never invoiced.
Will I be stuck with you?
No. Everything runs in your accounts, under your keys. You can walk away whenever you like, and ongoing support is an option rather than an obligation.
The free scan
Start with one process.
Tell me where your week actually goes. We'll spend thirty to forty-five minutes on that one process, and you'll come away with a video and the numbers.
It costs you nothing and commits you to nothing. I'll simply show you what's possible.
