What I do with your data.

Short, and without the legal fog. You fill in a form, I read it and I email you back. Nothing else happens.

Who processes your data

Lique, the sole proprietorship of Tiësto Leek, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 70452199. Questions about this statement or about your data go through the contact form on this site.

What data, and why

When you fill in the contact form, I receive your name, email address and your message. Optionally you also give me your phone number, your company name and the service you are interested in.

I use that data for one thing: replying to your request and, if it turns into a project, staying in touch with you. I do not use it for newsletters, I do not sell it, and I do not share it with anyone except the party that technically processes the form.

Where your message travels

The form runs through Formspree, a service based in the United States. Your message is processed there and forwarded to me. That means your data leaves the European Economic Area. Formspree acts as a processor.

If you would rather not send anything through this form, you can always email me directly.

How long I keep it

If your message does not lead to a project, I delete it within twelve months. If it does become a project, I keep the correspondence for as long as the project and the statutory record-keeping obligation require.

Cookies and measurement

This site sets no tracking cookies and uses no analytics. There is therefore no cookie banner. The only thing stored locally in your browser is your preference for the light or dark theme. It never leaves your device.

Your rights

You may ask which data I hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. One message is enough, and I respond within a month. If you disagree with how I handle it, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
