You're not buying a promise. I start by understanding how your work runs today and where it breaks down, and only then do I build anything. You watch it work on your own emails and your own jobs before it goes live.
The free scan
We spend thirty to forty-five minutes on one process. Afterwards you get a short video using your own example, showing that process running by itself, along with what it saves you in hours and euros. It costs you nothing.
We agree the target in writing
Before I start, we put in writing what the system has to achieve. For example: out of 50 real sample emails, at least 90 per cent handled correctly, and anything it isn't sure about goes to you rather than being guessed at. If it misses that target, I fix it free of charge, for up to two weeks. If it still misses, you don't pay the second half.
It runs in the background first
For a week or two the system runs quietly alongside your current process. Nothing reaches your customers. It only goes live once it has passed the test we agreed on.
You own all of it
Your accounts, your keys. Walk away whenever you like and it keeps running. There is nothing of mine you have to keep paying for.
